Growing up with a family employed in skilled trades, Jeremy knew he would use his experience to follow in the trades. While attending UW-Oshkosh, Jeremy met his future wife, Rachel. After graduating, he began working for her father, Ralph Jennings, as a carpenter. In 1997 Jeremy and Ralph went into business together, starting Jennings and Woldt Remodeling, Inc. In 2008, upon Ralph’s retirement, Jeremy bought Ralph out and continues to run the business with the same community spirit and integrity that Jennings and Woldt built the business on.
Jeremy has been a fixture in the Sun Prairie community since 1995. He and Rachel are raising three daughters, and stay very busy with all of their activities. Jeremy has coached youth basketball for many years, sits on the Madison College Construction and Remodeling Advisory Committee and works with high school students interested in entering the building trades.
In addition, Jeremy and Rachel have co-founded the Be Brave Wisconsin Foundation to encourage sexual assault awareness and provide resources to victims and their families. Learn more about that here.
